Transparency is part of the advice. The initial consultation costs EUR 190. In it we clarify your matter and the arrangement that fits. I advise in two formats.
Seeing a matter through.
Some matters have an end. Incorporation, an acquisition, a restructuring, a set of contracts. These are usually best handled on an hourly basis. Before we start, I give you an estimate of the effort involved. My hourly rate is EUR 350.
Being there throughout.
Some matters have no end. You are looking for a sparring partner for your business. For a monthly retainer I am available throughout, and specific matters are handled at a reduced hourly rate. The retainer starts at EUR 2,700 per month.
One point of contact for the German market.
I advise in German, English and French: one conversation instead of a chain of translations. All prices exclusive of VAT; court representation is billed separately, at no less than the statutory rates.
